Bohoka AI offers custom AI solutions tailored to each client's business. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are outlined in individual project agreements or proposals issued after a discovery call. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer of specific services at a specific price.
We reserve the right to decline any engagement that we determine is outside our scope, conflicts with our values, or cannot be delivered to a quality standard we stand behind.
3. Discovery Calls
Discovery calls are free of charge and carry no obligation. They are exploratory conversations to understand your business needs and determine whether Bohoka AI is a good fit. No services will be initiated without a signed agreement or written confirmation from both parties.
4. Payments & Refunds
Payment terms, schedules, and refund conditions are specified in individual client agreements. In the absence of a written agreement, all work is billed in advance and is non-refundable once work has commenced.
We do not store payment information on our website. All payment processing is handled through secure, third-party providers as specified in the project agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom deliverables created specifically for their project. Bohoka AI retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and tools developed independently of any client engagement.
Any third-party tools, software, or platforms integrated into a solution remain subject to their own licensing terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
Bohoka AI provides services on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the performance of AI systems in production environments, as outcomes depend heavily on data quality, business context, and factors outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bohoka AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any third-party platforms we recommend or integrate.
